my diet program

diet! yes, it's my activity now! since my cheerleader's coach appoint me as a flyer, and since that too i started to diet. really hard to do but i must! i'm already stop to eating rice and fatty foods, i'm only eat vegetables,fruits or food without rice. And i'm just drink juice,mineral water without soda! My mother gave me a pill,tea,milk to make me skinny.the function of the pill and the tea are to make my digestion smoothly. and the function of the milk is to make me feel full and to make me lazy to eat.
nooooowww, my weight is only 44kg from 47kg!!! and it's only for 2 weeks. do you want to try my diet program at your home? you just need an intention guys...
